Our client is a leading technological company seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.

1. Product Vision Architecture & Roadmap

• Define the overall product vision and end-to-end system architecture establishing a clear and scalable product development roadmap.
  

• Ensure architectural consistency and long-term sustainability across product lines and technology platforms.
  

2. Cross-Domain Technical Coordination

• Act as the central technical coordinator across multiple engineering domains including Artificial Intelligence Operating Systems Hardware and Networking.
  

• Align cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and coherent architectural execution.
  

3. Partner & Ecosystem Engagement

• Serve as the primary technical interface with strategic technology partners and chipset vendors.
  

• Collaborate closely with external partners to align on technical standards system design and product evolution.
  

4. Team Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead guide and mentor technical leaders and engineering managers fostering strong architectural thinking and execution capabilities.
  

• Build organizational depth through coaching knowledge sharing and leadership development.
  

5. Product Development Governance

• Establish and manage the overall product development framework including architecture governance progress tracking risk management and quality assurance.
  

• Ensure architectural decisions balance performance scalability cost efficiency and delivery timelines.
  

6. Additional Contributions

• Prepare and deliver periodic reports to senior leadership.
  

• Participate in industry events technical forums and internal knowledge-sharing activities to promote awareness of emerging technologies and trends.
  

Requirements

1. Education

• Bachelors degree or higher in Telecommunications Computer Science Information Technology Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  

• Postgraduate qualifications (Masters or PhD) in relevant disciplines are preferred.
  

2. Professional Certifications

• Certifications in System Architecture Product Management AI or Embedded Systems are considered an advantage.
  

3. Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology product development.
  

• At least 3 years in a system architecture or equivalent technical leadership role.
  

4. Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of layered architectures for intelligent products spanning hardware firmware operating systems middleware AI applications and cloud/edge integration.
  

• Proven ability to design modular open and reusable system architectures that can scale across multiple product families (e.g. AI gateways networking devices edge AI systems or computing platforms).
  

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining architectural blueprints UML/SysML diagrams and performing trade-off analysis among performance cost and development timelines.
  

• Solid knowledge of SoC and SoM platforms and their application in embedded product design.
  

• Familiarity with PCB development processes electronic design layout hardware testing and hardwaresoftware co-design principles.
  

• Experience developing reference platforms or evaluation boards that support multiple product variants.
  

• In-depth understanding of Linux kernel architecture Android RTOS environments and BSP integration.
  

• Knowledge of AI runtime environments container technologies (e.g. Docker Podman) and edge computing frameworks.
  

• Hands-on experience with system build workflows such as Yocto or AOSP including OS optimization for target hardware.
  

• Understanding of on-device AI inference workflows including model optimization techniques such as quantization and pruning.
  Experience coordinating AI OS and hardware teams to enable real-time AI performance.

• Ability to assess AI pipeline efficiency and optimize power consumption for edge AI workloads.
  

• Strong knowledge of networking technologies and protocols including Wi-Fi 6/7 5G Ethernet XGS-PON QoS VLAN NAT VPN and related technologies.
  

• Deep understanding of embedded system security concepts such as Secure Boot TPM HSM Trusted Execution Environments and end-to-end data protection.
  

• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes from concept prototyping pilot runs to mass production.
  

• Knowledge of international standards and compliance requirements including ISO IEC FCC CE and industrial certification processes.
  

• Experience working directly with international partners (technology vendors ODMs OEMs) on reference designs certifications and manufacturing readiness.
  

• Strong systems thinking combined with techno-economic analysis to support architecture and investment decisions.
  

• Ability to identify and evaluate emerging technology trends (e.g. edge AI RISC-V green manufacturing chiplet architectures) and translate them into mid- and long-term product strategies.
  

• Competence in using technical data such as benchmarks simulations and KPIs to inform architectural choices.
  

5. Tools & Technology

• Proficient in system design and collaboration tools such as Enterprise Architect UML tools Jira Confluence and Git-based workflows.

• Full professional proficiency in English across speaking listening reading and writing.
