Commercial Transformation Manager
Join us as our new Commercial Transformation Manager to take the lead on key projects that are part of our new Human Health Biosolutions (HHB) strategy. This role is essential in driving commercial transformation initiatives that will help achieve our business ambitions.
Welcome to Commercial Excellence in Human Health Biosolutions
We are a team of 9 colleagues who are closely supporting our Sales & Marketing teams to maximize their impact. This includes generating Customer Value to increase differentiation increasing Sales & Marketing Efficiency to maximize sales team impact as well as Pricing Excellence to maximize value capture. We generate measurable value by bringing transparency into sales performance ensuring best-in-class pricing optimizing the use of our CRM to improve functionality and user-friendliness or training our commercial teams to be the best version of themselves.
We also collaborate closely with Novonesis (NVS) Group ComEx and ComEx teams from the other NVS business areas to identify best practices & drive implementation in HHB as well as succeed with NVS larger ComEx agenda.
In this role you will make an impact by:
Leading High-Impact Strategic Initiatives:
Drive transformation projects such as developing customer segmentation models creating new service offerings and improving customer experience in partnership with HHB Commercial Leadership.
Act as a Change Agent:
Promote adoption of Commercial Excellence (ComEx) initiatives across the organization foster stakeholder alignment and ensure successful implementation of transformation efforts.
Measure and Monitor Impact:
Establish KPIs and metrics for transformation projects track progress and generate actionable insights to enhance customer satisfaction growth and business outcomes.
To succeed in this position you should have:
Over 10 years of experience in global B2B commercial roles preferably in the food ingredients or human health sectors.
At least 5 years of experience leading business transformation projects in a global B2B context working closely with senior leaders account managers and cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of commercial operations customer segmentation and go-to-market strategies. Experience in direct sales within relevant industries is beneficial.
A proven ability to challenge norms drive alignment and provide sound recommendations rooted in strong business judgment.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats.
