Job Summary

Werelooking for a new colleague to join us as ourGrowth Marketing Manager owning buyer demand generation and lifecycle marketing across the full customer journey from first touch to activation retention and this roleyoulldesign and execute campaigns that deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time driving both product usage and revenue impact.

The role is based out of our office inCopenhagen with flexibility to work from home 12 days per week and some expected travel to our HQ inVejlefor collaboration with central teams and key stakeholders.

About the role

As our newGrowth Marketing Manageryoullown lifecycle strategy and multi-channel campaigns across the buyer always-on and time-bound campaigns build automated journeys and use data to refine targeting messaging and channel mix.

Youllwork cross-functionally across the organisation aligning touchpoints shaping campaigns and ensuring customer communication is consistent personalised and effective across every stage of the funnel.

Letsdive into your key responsibilities you will

  • Work with sales on buyer lifecycle strategy across acquisition onboarding activation and retention.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email in-app paid content events and more).
  • Build and optimise nurture journeys onboarding flows and win-back programmes.
  • Create campaign briefs audience segmentation messaging and offers.
  • Collaborate closely with Content Design and RevOps to launch high-quality campaigns end-to-end.
  • Run A/B tests across subject lines offers creative channels and timing.
  • Define KPIs and track performance across the funnel with experimentation in mind.
  • Partner with RevOps/BI to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Use insights to refine ICPs messaging and channel mix.
  • Automate lifecycle communications using HubSpot and other tools (dynamic content triggers personalisation).
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in timing scoring targeting and content variants

The need-to-have skills

  • 4 years in Growth Marketing Demand Generation or Lifecycle Marketing (B2B SaaS or marketplace preferred).
  • Proven track record running performance-oriented campaigns that improve funnel metrics.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Comfortable working with data dashboards and experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent project management able to manage multiple campaigns in parallel.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English plus if you are also fluent in Danish and/or German.

The nice-to-have skills

  • Experience in automotive or related industries.
  • Experience with paid channels (search social display) or in-product messaging.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for ideation audience building personalisation or optimisation.
