The role is based out of our office inCopenagenwith flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week and some expected travel to our HQ inVejlefor collaboration with central teams and key stakeholders.

About the role

As our new Senior Product Marketing Manageryoullown the go-to-market strategy for new products features and market positioning shape narratives guide launches and ensure teams are aligned and equipped to bring our solutions to market with impact.

Youllcollaborate broadly across teams connecting insights shaping narratives influencing what we build next and helping ensure our products land with the right audiences across Europe

Letsdive into your key responsibilities you will

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products and features across European markets.
  • Define target audiences messaging launch plans and success metrics.
  • Create clear compelling positioning and value propositions.
  • Turn customer and market insights into actionable GTM and product recommendations.
  • Equip Sales and CS with the right tools content and training.
  • Partner closely with Product to ensure customer needs inform roadmap decisions.
  • Maintain alignment across teams and ensure launches land with commercial impact.
  • Maintain robust customer insights including segment overviews
  • Maintain a clear overview of the full product portfolio
  • Maintain an up-to-date view of the competitive landscape

The need-to-have skills

  • 5 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B tech SaaS or marketplaces.
  • Proven track recordowning GTM strategies that delivered measurable results.
  • Strong positioning messaging and storytelling skills.
  • Confident engaging with customers and sales teams for insights.
  • Data-informed outcome-focused and able to measure success.
  • Excellent communication skills in English plus if you are also fluent in Danish and/or German.
  • Highly organised and great at managing multiple initiatives.
  • Ideally brings international or pan-European experience and/or experience in global or US-based tech organisations.

The nice-to-have skills

  • Experience in marketplace businesses.
  • Experience launching products across multiple European markets.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and common B2B tools.
