In Novonesis pricing is identified as an important growth lever to achieve our strategic ambitions towards 2030. Anchored in the Commercial Excellence team Pricing Excellence is responsible for unleashing the potential within pricing by developing and implementing a new pricing framework. To support this journey we are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager.

Welcome to Commercial Excellence in Human Health Biosolutions

The ComEx team focuses on maximizing our revenue and profitability by supporting Sales and other Commercial teams with different tools and processes. We act as internal enablers equipping the business with the tools processes insights and capabilities they need to succeed in their roles.

The team consists of five colleagues each being responsible for a commercial discipline as well as two student assistants. You will be reporting to the Pricing Excellence Manager Allan Kronborg-Olesen.

Most projects and tasks are cross-functional by nature and we frequently support one another across projects and addition for Pricing Excellence we are closely engaged with Pricing Execution in Sales and the other Pricing Excellence functions across Novonesis.

In this role youll make an impact by:

Your main task is to contribute to the development and refinement of our pricing framework ensuring alignment with business goals market trends and competitive positioning either in a leading or supporting role for the specific parts. This includes both pricing models processes & tools and involves everything from pricing strategy to price execution and governance.

You will also take part in developing pricing related analytical reports and analyze pricing performance to provide recommendations on potential price adjustments.

In addition you will lead other pricing related projects translate commercial requests into requirements for the IT landscape and engage with other pricing functions across Novonesis to align on and share best practices in relation to pricing.

To succeed you must hold:

As Pricing Excellence is both responsible for developing and maintaining our pricing framework it is important you have experience with developing implementing running and optimizing pricing related processes and tools.

Your excellent business acumen allows you to understand pricing strategies within the broader context of sales and market dynamics.

• Proven track record of driving pricing initiatives globally across markets
• 5 years in commercial roles of which 3 years of experience within pricing
• MSc in relevant field
• Experience with leading global projects (certified project management an advantage)
• Experience working with transformation programs preferable in a driving role
• Hands-on experience with pricing related tools and systems including CRM CPQ ERP (preferable Salesforce and SAP)

Your solid project management capabilities help you manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently and your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills enabling you to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights effectively.

Language requirements and proficiency level: Fluent in both oral and written English.

Limited travel activity is expected
