Job Summary

The role is based out of our office inCopenhagen with flexibility to work from home 12 days per week

About the role

As our newMarketing Campaign Manageryoullplaya central rolein shaping and executing campaigns across both buyer and seller audiences.Youllturn GTM initiatives product launches and commercial priorities into clear concepts coordinated workflows and campaigns that land effectively across markets and channels.

Youllown campaigns end-to-end: developing briefs aligning stakeholders managing timelines and ensuring every launch is well-tracked well-targeted and delivered with quality.

Letsdive into your key responsibilities you will

  • Turn business goals and GTM strategies into clear well-structured campaign concepts and briefs.
  • Own the central campaign calendar and ensure alignment with launches prioritiesand market moments.
  • Manage time-bound campaigns end-to-end from brief and coordination to launch and retro.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth Content Creative Sales RevOpsand local markets throughout execution.
  • Build and launch core campaign components in HubSpot including lists emails landing pagesand workflows.
  • Review and quality-check creative copy and full user journeys to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Set KPIs monitorperformance optimise in-flight and lead post-campaign reviews.
  • Maintain clarity across processes documentationand stakeholder communication.

The need-to-have skills

  • 35 years of experience in campaign management integratedmarketingor marketing projectmanagement ideally in B2B SaaS or marketplaces.
  • Strong experienceworkingcloselywith Sales teams youunderstand their rhythms needs and dynamics and know how to build processes tools and reporting that genuinely support them.
  • Proven track recordmanaging multi-channel campaigns (email web paid events sales enablement etc.).
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills; structured organisedand confident juggling multiple workstreams.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Comfortable using dashboards reporting and performance data to guide recommendations.
  • Excellent English communication skills written and verbal with excellent briefing abilities

The nice-to-have skills

  • Experience running campaigns for both demand (buyers) and supply (sellers/partners).
  • Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple European with AI tools for campaign ideation and asset creation (combined with strong human QC).
