Job Summary:
We are hiring Business Development Executives and Managers with strong experience in Franchise Development & Channel Expansion.
The company is a growing diagnostics startup planning to establish Hyderabad as its Head Office and aims to build 100 franchise centres within the region.
The primary role is to identify potential franchise partners pitch the business model and convert prospects into franchise owners.
Key Responsibilities (Franchise Priority):
Identify potential franchise partners across Hyderabad & nearby regions.
Conduct meetings presentations and pitches to explain the franchise model.
Convert prospective investors into franchise owners.
Manage end-to-end franchise onboarding and documentation.
Scout strategic locations and conduct market feasibility studies.
Build a strong franchise network to support the companys expansion plan.
Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and provide support during setup.
Other Responsibilities (Secondary):
Build doctor clinic and hospital referrals for diagnostic services.
Support corporate tie-ups wellness programs and branding activities.
Achieve monthly business & revenue targets through field visits.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate; MBA preferred.
Experience: 210 years in Franchise Sales / Channel Development / Diagnostics BD / Pharma BD / Retail Franchise Sales.
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Comfortable with field work and investor meetings.
