We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations for a fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate should have strong HR operations recruitment compliance and documentation experience preferably within a staffing or recruitment company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete HR operations: recruitment onboarding induction documentation exit formalities.
Handle payroll processing attendance time-sheet tracking and leave management.
Implement HR policies SOPs and statutory compliance processes.
Coordinate with department heads for internal hiring and manpower planning.
Support and manage training development and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HRMS employee records and prepare HR MIS reports.
Resolve employee grievances and ensure a healthy workplace environment.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
34 years of experience in HR operations (preferably in recruitment/staffing).
Strong knowledge of HR processes statutory compliance and HRMS/HRIS tools.
Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask stay organized and handle a 6-day work environment.
Immediate joiners highly preferred.

6 days a week (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
