We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead sales and business development hiring for a growing service-based firm. The role involves building strong talent pipelines partnering with leadership and ensuring a fast high-quality recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (field inside B2B/B2C).
Collaborate with business leaders to define and execute hiring strategies.
Source assess and close top sales talent through multiple channels.
Drive excellent candidate experience and strong hiring efficiency.
Track hiring metrics and ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements
7 years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong focus on sales hiring.
Prior experience hiring for startups and/or HORECA industry (preferred).
Strong sourcing capabilities stakeholder management and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS LinkedIn Recruiter and hiring analytics.
