Job Title -IT System Admin

Experience Level:Fresher to 2years

Work Location -Onsite Mohali

5 days working (Mon to Fri).

Education Qualifications :Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Security or related field

The IT System & Security Engineer will assist in managing RChillis IT infrastructure ensuring security reliability and operational efficiency across systems and networks.
This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge ofsystem administration IT security and Linux operations looking to grow into a well-rounded IT Security professional.

Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Network & Infrastructure Support

• Assist in configuring and monitoringUnifi (USG)for internet security VPN IDS/IPS and traffic management.
• Coordinate withAirtel Connect and Jio broadbandvendors to maintain reliable network connectivity and uptime.
• Support internal LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting access point configuration and IP management.
• Monitor network health bandwidth usage and connectivity alerts.

2. System Administration

• Provide first-level support for IT incidents through theService Desk Tool.
• Maintain asset inventory patching schedules and software installations usingManageEngine Endpoint.
• Support setup maintenance and monitoring ofworkstations laptops and peripherals.
• UsePrey endpoint tracking and device recovery.

3. Linux Administration

• Work with Linux-based systems for server administration and troubleshooting.
• Perform basic command-line operations (e.g. user management file permissions log analysis cron jobs networking commands).
• Support monitoring and maintenance of servers hosted onGCPorAWSplatforms.
• Assist in applying patches backups and security hardening.

4. Security & Access Management

• Assist in managing1Passwordfor secure credential storage and rotation.
• Maintain user access MFA and SSO acrossG Suite Bitbucket Jira and Zoom.
• Monitor theTeraminddashboard for policy compliance and security alerts.
• Support vulnerability checks usingBurp Suiteand assist in remediating identified issues.

5. Cloud & Application Support

• SupportBitbucketrepository access management and deployment coordination.
• Assist inGCP/OCI resource monitoring IAM policy reviews and logging.
• Help maintain secure configurations for cloud instances and API endpoints.

6. Collaboration Tools & IT Support

• Manage and secure access for users inGSuite SharePoint Whale Jira and Zoom.
• Help new employees onboard and provide IT setup support.
• Ensure compliance with RChillis IT and Security policies.

Qualification Required

• Bachelors degree in computer science IT or related field.
• Professional certification is a plus

Required Skills and Knowledge

• 02 years of hands-on experience inIT Support / System Administration / Security Operations.
• Basic understanding ofLinux commandsand system-level troubleshooting.
• Familiarity withfirewalls IDS/IPS and VPN concepts.
• Exposure tocloud platforms(GCP / AWS).
• Experience withticketing tools (ServiceDesk) Desktop Central Endpoint (ManageEngine)andversion control systems (Bitbucket).
• Awareness ofsecurity practicessuch as MFA DLP and password management.
• Strong communication documentation and teamwork skills.

Preferred Knowledge or Tools Exposure
