Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to identify attract and hire top technical talent. The Technical Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers engineering leaders and HR partners to understand staffing needs and deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements role expectations and team culture

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (software engineers data scientists DevOps QA IT etc.)

Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn job boards referrals networking and direct outreach
-
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews
-
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
-
Evaluate candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit
-
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
-
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
-
Provide market insights on talent availability compensation trends and hiring strategies
-
Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience
-
Support employer branding initiatives career events and campus hiring as needed
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition
-
Strong understanding of technical roles skills and hiring processes
-
Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and ATS platforms
-
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
-
Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
