Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Head to lead our business unit and drive
growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing sales managing budgets
and driving business growth through effective marketing and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Manage budgets analyse financial data and oversee P&L to ensure profitability
- Develop and execute sales strategies set targets and manage product marketing activities
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure business continuity
- Lead mentor and manage teams to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and internal stakeholders
- Design and track field budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management
