Principal Systems Analyst

In this role you will get to become a member of the Parsons TEAMS NEXT support staff with a primary work assignment supporting the Missile Defense Agencys Command Control Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC). This assignment requires a seasoned professional with a detailed understanding of information systems and program management of DoD programs.This positionis inSchriever SFB CO United States.

Duties of a Principal Systems Analyst may include:

• Facilitate user-developer interactions to ensure user requirements and needs are addressed.
• Assistwith continuous process improvement innovation implementation business analytics and operation effectiveness.
• Assistwith defining program vision and direction;determiningexecution plans;identifyingcritical mission and technology gaps challenges and opportunities; and developing potential solutions.
• Develop and execute improvement programs
• Oversee IT infrastructure and facility upgrade projects
• Coordinate C3BM schedules with internal and external organizations integrate data from other related projects make recommendations update affected organizations and secure approval.
• Evaluate technical interfaces for interoperability issues between MDA/BC program efforts and other MDS elements or programs.
• Observe current and future C2BMC spirals andassistwith development integration test deficiency review process adjudication and verification.
• Assess the readiness of the C2BMC System Support Center (CSSC) to support operational events and operational plans.
• Support CSSC operations during real worldtest and training events.
• Assistwithpersonnelaccountability measures and procedures for exercises andreal-worldevents.
• Coordinate scheduling for maintenance project-related and other activities that require accessintoBNOSC-controlled areas.
• Coordinate access to the BMDS Network Operations and Security Center (BNOSC) footprint for personnel not permanently authorized within the BNOSC footprint including cleaning staffVery Important Person (VIP) visits.
• Assist with BNOSC and quadrant operations cabling infrastructure.
• Assess concept documentation network integration plans gap analysis product supportability and sustainability cyber security policies network operations TTPs and certification processes

Qualifications

• IT enterprise infrastructure deployment and sustainment projects
• Understanding of the requirements review and design review process
• Experience with Missile Defense Agency and C2BMC preferred

Education

• MA/MS degree and 12 years of experience and BA/BS and 20 years of experience

Clearance

• Active Secret clearance
