Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts ranging from small businesses to mid-sized organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial lines accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $80000 annually (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts including small businesses and mid-sized accounts
- Handle new business quotes renewals and some marketing for renewals
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Manager and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and internal teams
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience managing small to mid-sized commercial lines accounts
- Property and Casualty (P&C) license required
- Familiarity with agency management software (Epic experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
