Sales Coordinator Hayleys Eco Solutions Sector
Job Responsibilities:
Establishing developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints by developing solutions to maximize satisfaction
Coordinating with the Sales team and providing immediate and accurate responses to all sales issues
Following up on payment collections and preparing month-end sales reports
Preparing commission and other reports for the sales team
Providing sales data to management for effective decision-making and providing financial information to the finance department
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Candidate Profile:
Certificate / Diploma in Sales & Marketing from a recognized university or any other equivalent qualifications.
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator with a minimum of 6 years experience.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with the SAP system is an additional qualification.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
