What Youll Do

Youll support operations to achieve delivery cost quality and safety goals by providing strong manufacturing engineering capability to our production lines. Youll proactively set up production for success ensuring build hours are met for new contracts and reactively resolve process issues to reduce cost. Youll deliver NPI requirements driven by customer contracts implement process improvements and support production escalations.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for an experienced manufacturing engineer with strong mechanical or electrical technical competency and experience in NPI. Youll have expertise in production change control proactive line setup and data-driven problem-solving. Excellent stakeholder engagement and a drive for continuous improvement are essential.

Bonus if you have:

Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or formal process improvement experience
Experience with CAD packages (Solid Edge / Teamcenter)
