Job Summary
Provide first-level support for network devices including Cisco and HP
Assist with basic network topology and connectivity issues including TCP/IP DNS and WINS
Manage and support mobile devices
Provide printer support including basic troubleshooting and maintenance
Work within an ITIL-based environment and follow defined processes
Provide first-level application support to end users
Deliver a high level of customer service and user support
Requirements
Basic understanding of network devices including Cisco and HP
Basic understanding of network topology including TCP/IP DNS and WINS
Experience managing and supporting mobile devices
Experience providing printer support
Experience working in an ITIL environment
Basic understanding of first-level application support
Strong customer service mindset
