The Opportunity

Downers Energy & Utilities business is seeking a Workforce Planning Business Partner to play a pivotal role in supporting workforce scheduling mobilisation and engagement across our projects. This position ensures smooth workforce coordination accurate compliance and timely reporting to enable operational excellence and a positive employee experience.

This opportunity will be based in our Perth WA office working an 8/6 roster. An allowance will be provided on top of the salary package due to this note this is a 16 month fixed term role with potential for extension.

What Were Looking For

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key requirements include:

Certificate or diploma in Business Administration Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
12 years experience in workforce scheduling coordination or HR support roles ideally within construction industrial or utilities sectors.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with proficiency in scheduling tools and MS Office (especially Excel).
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
A proactive team-oriented approach with a commitment to compliance and workforce engagement.
