HR Generalist Growing Construction Company (Onsite in Medford OR)

Our client a rapidly growing construction company in Medford OR is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Generalist to join their team onsite.This is a key role supporting employees strengthening company culture and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across HR payroll coordination compliance and office administration.

What Youll Do

Assist employees with benefits enrollment changes and general benefit questions
Manage annual benefits open enrollment and related communications
Oversee union labor compliance and reporting
Review timecards and ensure accurate payroll coordination with accounting
Handle employee relations matters and help foster a positive people-focused culture
Administer performance review processes and maintain documentation
Maintain and update company policies procedures and employee handbook
Support employee engagement initiatives and companywide events
Ensure accurate and confidential employee records and compliance documentation
Coordinate employee training certifications and compliance-based programs
Oversee daily office operations as the primary administrative point of contact
Manage office supplies vendors purchasing and administrative systems
Coordinate IT needs with internal teams and external providers
Oversee front desk/reception and ensure a positive office experience
Manage incoming calls mail deliveries and general office communication
Support executives with scheduling and administrative tasks
Manage facilities workspace planning and maintenance coordination
Administer company technology assets including cell phones laptops and hardware

What Were Looking For

5 years of HR or administrative experience
Experience withMiderandBambooHR
Friendly outgoing respectful and approachable demeanor
Highly organized deadline-driven and adaptable
Coachable and collaborative attitude

Nice to Have:

Union experience
Construction industry experience
