Job Summary
Were looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team and help deliver technology solutions that make a real difference. Youll work with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges improve processes and ensure our systems support both daytoday operations and longterm goals.
What youll be doing
- Work with business teams to understand workflows and pain points and capture requirements.
- Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications and user stories.
- Support system implementations upgrades and integrations.
- Run workshops training and change management activities to help teams adopt new systems.
- Prepare documentation reports and presentations for stakeholders and executives.
Qualifications :
- 3 years experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation.
- Knowledge of property management valuations or real estate operations.
- Experience with property technology platforms.
- Strong skills in business analysis tools and Agile project delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Property Business or related field (preferred).
