About the Role:

One year of experience in workplace and facilities management with a reputed organization
The role requires full-time onsite work from 6PM to 3AM five days a week. This position does not require any remote or hybrid work.
Hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel Google slides Google Sheets PowerPoint and other applications
Prior experience working with third-party providers
Expertise in data configuration and record keeping

What Were Looking For:

Addressing inquiries and complaints effectively by email Slack and in person
Assist in developing a professional and tranquil work atmosphere for all employees
Must be able to think on their feet quickly and respond to last-minute requests
The role requires the application of innovative techniques to enhance the employee experience while reducing costs.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Deep understanding of procurement and inventory management
Building relationships with other departments and internal stakeholders
