Job Summary

Job Description

  • Ensure implementation of Telecom Foundations academic vision through authentic activity-based and hands-on learning practices.
  • Monitor students academic progress and provide guidance and support to teachers to maintain quality education standards.
  • Coordinate with the Campus Head/Principal for course planning academic operations and policy compliance.
  • Oversee examinations academic records attendance and result analysis ensuring transparency and discipline.
  • Conduct teacher training open houses and support enrollment targets as assigned by the Campus Head.
  • Manage day-to-day academic activities communication with stakeholders and reporting to Telecom Foundation Headquarters.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree (mandatory).
  • Masters Degree will be considered an added advantage.
  • Relevant Diploma or certification in education or school administration is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Additional 2 years experience advantage for candidates holding a Masters degree.
  • School Administration experience is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Sound understanding of academic systems curriculum planning and assessment methods.
  • Ability to train mentor and supervise teaching staff.
  • Proficiency in educational technologies and administrative tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis-management capabilities.
