Job Description
- Ensure implementation of Telecom Foundations academic vision through authentic activity-based and hands-on learning practices.
- Monitor students academic progress and provide guidance and support to teachers to maintain quality education standards.
- Coordinate with the Campus Head/Principal for course planning academic operations and policy compliance.
- Oversee examinations academic records attendance and result analysis ensuring transparency and discipline.
- Conduct teacher training open houses and support enrollment targets as assigned by the Campus Head.
- Manage day-to-day academic activities communication with stakeholders and reporting to Telecom Foundation Headquarters.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Minimum Bachelors Degree (mandatory).
- Masters Degree will be considered an added advantage.
- Relevant Diploma or certification in education or school administration is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Additional 2 years experience advantage for candidates holding a Masters degree.
- School Administration experience is mandatory.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership organizational and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound understanding of academic systems curriculum planning and assessment methods.
- Ability to train mentor and supervise teaching staff.
- Proficiency in educational technologies and administrative tools.
- Strong problem-solving and crisis-management capabilities.
