Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What youd be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think thats all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things youll be working on when you start but this will likely evolve.

At the moment this role is focused on:

• Territory & Account Planning: Youll take a strategic approach identifying high-potential opportunities and investing your time where it drives the most impact.

• Pipeline Generation & Revenue Growth: Youll proactively build pipeline through outbound engagement and prospecting using Salesforce to maintain visibility accuracy and momentum across the funnel.

• Customer-Centric Storytelling: Youll guide customers through a tailored journey using compelling narratives and creative vision to demonstrate how Canva can meet their unique needs.

• Be a Product Expert: Youll deeply understand Canvas product suite and position creative scalable solutions to address customer challenges. Youll also capture customer feedback and share insights to influence our roadmap.

• Foster Long-Term Relationships: Youll focus on creating meaningful lasting partnerships both externally with customers and internally with cross-functional teams like Product Engineering Post-Sales and Customer Success.

• Bring Chaos to Clarity: Youll simplify complex problems into compelling customer-ready stories using Canvas Worksuite (Presentations Docs etc.). Youll also communicate clearly and consistently with your internal teams - ensuring alignment across pipeline forecast and deal progression.

• Youve worked with medium-sized accounts and have a strong track record of top performance ideally in a tech environment.

• Youve successfully managed full sales cycles with a focus on new logo acquisition.

• Youre skilled at navigating complexity and crafting solutions that solve real business challenges.

• You know how to build strategic account plans and map value across intricate organisations.

• Youre confident presenting to multiple stakeholders and leading sophisticated negotiations.

• Youre at ease with ambiguity and thrive in fast-moving ever-changing environments.

Our Sales & Success team is on a mission to empower every organisation to design. Canva Enterprise helps businesses consolidate design content production and collaboration in one secure centralised platform. From whiteboards to docs presentations to our AI-powered Magic Studio we work across all departments to help organisations create and scale their visual communication.
