POSITION SUMMARY:
Driving technology strategy and execution for a therapeutic area in Market Japan. Partner with business to set function & region vision and OKRs (Objective and Key Result). Work in close partnership with business partners to strategically manage and prioritize demand.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
& Technology Strategy
Support vision align/prioritize business & IT strategies and co-shape strategic demand with the businessDefine annual objectives and outcomes informed by business and technology for selected areas / functionsTranslate business vision/strategies and customer needs to product groups empowering PGLs (Product Group Leaders) to innovate and create solutions to meet business / customer needsUnite varied products into cohesive end-to-end digital business strategies and solutions for function/franchise/regionCo-drive continuous improvement and seek opportunities for business process improvement through technology data and automation with Head of TechnologySupport consistent deployment strategy

Execution & Delivery

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in information technology computer science engineering business administration or equivalent is required.
Experience and knowledge in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries (5 years ideally);business theory processes and process improvement methodologies budgeting.
Knowledge and Experience in CRM/Digitalization Data & Analytics CS and/or Omni Channel Strategy
Good understanding of agile methodology & product management methodology
Solid understandingof core technical platforms and product lifecycle maintenance.
Experience with working across multiple levels of business and IT partners.
Knowledge of technology trends and to apply this knowledge to existing business processes.
Strong personal dedication to continuous business improvement and effectively collaborating and leading our business partners.
Capable of working as part of a team and on own initiative. Capable to change priorities quickly and influence others to do so.
Ability to adopt changes and to deliver IT solutions in a constantly evolving business/IT environment.
