As a Supply Management Professional in the Inbound Supply Management team at Micron you will work with a team of Supply Chain Analysts responsible for maintaining Microns inventory supply. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure availability and continuity of supply and implement a comprehensive inventory management strategy. You will engage suppliers and partners in resolving supply shortages and identifying root cause to prevent future shortages. You will be part of a distributed team dedicated to providing on-time delivery minimizing waste and leading continuous improvements through effective and efficient global parts and materials inventory management while building resilience against disruptions.

Material Management and Supply Planning資材管理および供給計画

• Develop monitor and optimize inventory replenishment models and supply execution strategies to effectively support manufacturing and minimize waste. This includes forecasting and material requirements planning (MRP) safety stock (SS) reorder point (ROP) lead time maintenance and part / material obsolescence management.

• Publish material forecasts manage supplier commitments monitor forecast accuracy and work with suppliers and business partners to address concerns related to demand volume and timing.
• フォアキャスト発行サプライヤーとのコミットメント管理予測精度のモニタリングを行い需要量やタイミングに関する課題についてサプライヤーおよびビジネスパートナーと連携して対応します
• Manage inventory scheduling and delivery and adjust purchase orders with suppliers as required due to scheduling or availability changes. Proactively expedite delivery issues to ensure continuity of supply.

• Address inventory shortage issues and resolve root causes.

Partner Engagement and Business Partnering

• Collaborate with partners to monitor key process performance indicators through aligned metrics and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Provide input to leadership in developing and implementing departmental strategies processes and policies through active participation in teams and projects.

Qualifications and Skills:応募資格およびスキル

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• サプライチェーンマネジメントインダストリアルエンジニアリングまたは関連分野における学卒もしくは同等の実務経験を有する方
• Proven analytical capabilities and strong problem-solving skills.
• 高い分析力および問題解決能力を有する方
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English with the ability to influence and advocate effectively.
• 日本語および英語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を有し説得力をもって意見発信ができる方
• Professional procurement certificates (e.g. ISM APICS) are an advantage.
• 調達関連の専門資格ISMAPICS等を保有している方は歓迎します
• Working knowledge of procurement processes and systems (e.g. Ariba SAP source-to-pay processes) is preferred.
• AribaSAPSource-to-Payプロセス等の調達プロセスおよびシステムに関する知識を有する方は歓迎します
• Proficiency in O365 SharePoint Tableau Power BI or equivalent tools is an advantage.
