- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to a supportive growth-oriented culture
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple open matters

- Hands-on experience completing estate plans independently from intake through signing
- Exposure to trust administration or probate is welcome (robust support provided)
- Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset

- Active California Bar license
Compensation
- Base salary range: $120000$150000
- Revenue-based quarterly bonuses; total typical compensation $150000$225000
- No billable hour requirements
