Youll spend nearly all your time working directly with clients guiding them through the estate planning process with empathy clarity and confidence. What Youll Do:

• Conduct in-person consultations and client meetings
• Design and present estate planning strategies including custom trust structures
• Draft full estate plans including trusts wills and ancillary documents
• Collaborate with financial advisors CPAs and fiduciaries
• Maintain ongoing client relationships post-engagement
• Join a collaborative team of attorneys supported by paralegals and operations staff

Compensation & Perks:

• Base salary from $120000 to $150000
• Revenue-based bonus structure with typical total compensation between $150000 and $225000
• $500 monthly insurance stipend

What Were Looking For:

• You have completed at least 10 estate plans independently from intake through signing
• You are confident in client-facing roles and able to communicate complex concepts clearly
• You are open to working in the office in Murrieta
• Experience in probate or trust administration is a plus though not required
• You are comfortable with drafting software like Wealth Counsel
