What to expect:
Oversee the procurement of new clients and establishes relationships in order to generate revenue.
Train mentor and oversee performance management and compensation planning for multiple departments coordinates workload of team members and ensure team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs.
Oversee the design and development of competitive and innovative insurance/reinsurance products that develop new clients and retain existing clients.
Exercise a high-level of independence and judgment in managing to expected results set by senior leadership of the company.
Solidify and lead strong relationships with practice leaders carriers clients advisors and sales professionals to better serve clients.
Drive strategic broking initiatives to ensure the effectiveness of large teams of broker within assigned areas to ensure the most effective and efficient operation of the center.
Work to promote and is accountable for the company brand and reputation.
Be accountable for meeting overall financial and operational goals of areas under management and supports the execution of the revenue growth and retention goals of the region/company/department
May evaluate and clarify contract documents and bond forms as well as banking terms and conditions.
May evaluate and counsel the Client on the terms and conditions of General Agreement of Indemnity required to be executed by Clients to support all surety transactions.
May evaluate financial statements for all industries with specific knowledge of each industries unique financial metrics.

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $250000 to $375000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications education and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case addition to the base salary this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
