Cost Per Unit (LBMS) Targets- Achieve established cost per unit benchmarks for all product launches
Phase Gate Execution- Complete critical milestones on schedule with full deliverable compliance
Resource Utilization Optimization- Maximize operational efficiency while meeting delivery commitments
Launch Readiness- Achieve commercial launch targets with full operational capability
Operational Excellence- Deliver sustained performance improvement in cost quality and delivery metrics

Required Knowledge and Experience
Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.
Requires a Bachelors degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and 7 years of managerial experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience and 7 years of managerial experience.
Nice To Have
Broad management knowledge and experience to lead project teams in multiple job areas.
Prior NPI experience or MFG engineering Management experience.
Experience working with suppliers/CMOs.
Experience working in a regulated industry.
