Recruitment Associate (Korean Speaking) HCMC based

Role Overview

As part of the Global Expert Recruitment (Expert Matching Team) you will play a key role in identifying and connecting suitable experts for client projects. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to identify appropriate experts and execute creative recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

Understanding Project Needs & Defining Ideal Expert Profiles

• Accurately understand project requirements based on project topics and client characteristics.
• Establish ideal expert profiles considering industry target companies departments seniority level and expertise.

Expert Recruitment (Core Responsibility)

• Source ideal expert profiles through LinkedIn local recruiting platforms internal databases and professional networks.
• Reach out to experts via phone email LinkedIn and other channels to invite them to participate in specific client projects.
• Pre-screen and evaluate experts backgrounds and expertise before introducing them to clients.
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and experts and build long-term expert relationships.

Requirements

Background

• Bachelors degree required.
• 03 years of experience in sales recruiting customer service or related fields.
• Fluency in both English and Korean (spoken and written) is essential for seamless communication with experts across Asia.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
