The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Art lessons across KS3 and KS4 planning engaging schemes of work and supporting students of mixed abilities to achieve strong outcomes. You will contribute to KS4 coursework moderation and exam preparation and will be encouraged to take part in enrichment activities exhibitions and whole-school events.
You will work within a collaborative department with strong technician support and shared resources.
The Ideal Candidate
The school is seeking a teacher who:
Holds QTS and a relevant Art or Design qualification
Has experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4
Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisation
Is confident delivering practical and theory-based Art lessons
Has a passion for creativity and student engagement
Is reliable reflective and team-orientated
