Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Research collaborate on design develop and manage product and service solutions policies and customer utilities for non-credit products and services of the retail customer segment ensuring the highest possible alignment with the needs and objectives of each customer sub-segment at each point in time and customer life stage thereby delivering on business targets and maximizing value for the Bank.
- Develop sales tools sales solutions and business promotion programs for retail customers using non-credit products and services; implement and monitor the effectiveness of these solutions and programs in order to achieve sales and performance targets for each product. Provide sales support throughout the entire product solution implementation process.
- Direct drive and support sales implementation activities and promote support the enhancement of sales force capability for non-credit products of the retail customer segment.
- Manage performance and take responsibility for the business results and effectiveness of non-credit products.
- Manage resources (develop headcount plans allocate and coordinate manpower provide training develop successors establish mechanisms for task assignment recognition and performance evaluation of managed staff etc.) to ensure sufficient and high-quality resources are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies regulations processes guidelines and service level commitments (SLAs).
- Build a proactive positive and collaborative working culture within the Non-credit Solutions & Development function and with other relevant units outside the division.
- Perform other duties as assigned and directed by the Head of the Retail Banking Division and/or persons designated and authorized in accordance with organizations regulations from time to time the Board of Directors and in line with relevant organizational regulations and applicable laws.
Requirements
- Graduated from a full-time university program; postgraduate degree is an advantage.
- Major: Finance Banking Business Administration etc.
- Foreign language: English (TOEIC 700) or another foreign language at an equivalent level.
- At least 7 years of experience in the finance/banking sector including a minimum of 5 years in managing operations at a comparable scale
- Strong well-structured professional expertise; experience in developing banking business strategies.
- Good understanding of the Banks business operations.
