Job Summary

ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made. Day shift 3 -12 hour shifts 7am-730pm; 830a9pm; On call rotation and every other weekend Minimum of 18 months recent Dialysis experience. Must have 18 months perm Dialysis PRIOR to travel. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required *ONE recent references from a manager ANM supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission
