Job Description:

The Key Responsibilities:

Support user acceptance testing of new initiatives through troubleshooting proper documentation;
Cross-team collaboration to solve problems/investigation and resolution.

Mandatory Requirements:

7 years of experience in the Accounting field or in a related area
7 years of experience in program or project management in a mid-size or large company with a proven record of successful delivery and customer obsession.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience managing accounting / finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules

Desired Skills:

Masters degree or Accounting/Finance certification (CMA or CPA) PMP Certification
Experience supporting accounting/finance customers to set and effectively manage expectations project deliverables and drive resolution when conflicts or issues arise.
Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives through influence versus direct management.

Education or Certification:

Masters degree or Accounting/Finance certification
