Title : Storage and Backup Engineer
Location : Hybrid - LA to go on site once a week (Wednesdays) to Alhambra office
Duration : 12 Months
Rate : $55 to $60 /hr w2
The Storage and Backup Engineer will need to have hands on experience in Kubernetes and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) to assist the SMEs with an upcoming rollout.

Administer NetApp C (FAS) and E-Series storage systems using NFS CIFS FC and iSCSI protocols.
Perform storage maintenance upgrades patching and troubleshooting.
Execute lifecycle tasks including decommissioning reuse of hardware disk shelves and tape drives.
Utilize NetApp Snapshot and SnapMirror technologies for data protection and data movement.
Backup & Recovery (NetBackup)
Perform NetBackup administration including scheduling catalog management and data mover operations.
Execute backups restores and archival processes.
Install NetBackup agents across Windows and Linux environments including integration with VMware.
Conduct software and device upgrades patching maintenance and issue resolution.
Virtualization (VMware)
Administer VMware vSphere/ESXi vSAN vCenter and vCenter Operations Manager.
Perform maintenance upgrades patching lifecycle operations planned failovers and failbacks and troubleshooting.
Systems Administration
Perform Windows Server and Red Hat Linux administration security patching OS upgrades and troubleshooting.
Ensure maximum availability and reliability across supported systems.
Kubernetes Administration
Administer maintain and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters.
Deploy scale and monitor containerized workloads.
