About the Role

As our Financial Planning & Analysis Manager youll lead the end-to-end management reporting process delivering insightful analysis that drives business performance and shapes our future direction.

Strategic collaboration:Partner with finance leaders business partners and senior management to deliver timely actionable insights that influence key strategies and fuel growth.
Own the numbers:Take full responsibility for our management reporting process ensuring our financial reports are accurate compliant and impactful.
Innovation:Build and enhance robust reporting frameworks that meet business and regulatory needs.

To be successful and grow in this role youll bring

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; (CA or CPA preferred).
Proven experience in performance reporting financial modelling and commercial analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in financial reporting software and a drive to enhance reporting processes.
Excellent communication skills able to present complex information with clarity and impact.
