MANAGER OPERAITONS

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager and leading a team of over 30 staff were seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Operations to drive performance enhance customer satisfaction and inspire a culture of excellence and safety. This is a fast-paced hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

Championing health and safety processes to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
Ensuring the smooth efficient and cost-effective day-to-day running of the facility
Providing strong positive and motivational leadership to staff
Strengthening and developing long-term customer relationships
Maintaining inventory integrity and ensuring accurate stock management
Overseeing the maintenance and operational readiness of all site assets
Ensuring compliance with Lineage Logistics standards and all relevant regulatory requirements

About You
Were looking for a proven leader who:

Has a strong commitment to health and safety best practices
Thrives in developing high-performing teams and supporting staff growth
Brings experience in cold storage or related logistics industries (preferred)
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
Is customer-focused and commercially astute
Has the right to work in New Zealand
