About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern (Talent Acquisition) to support our hiring activities end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in HR recruitment sourcing and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn job portals and internal databases.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring progress.
Support HR team in employer branding initiatives.
Assist in onboarding documentation and coordination.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Manage recruitment trackers and maintain accurate records.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Excel/Google Sheets and job posting tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
Currently pursuing or recently completed bachelors/masters (HR preferred but open to others with interest).
