Summary/Objective

Reveleer is a fast-growing SaaS and technology-enabled services company that powers performance/quality measurement and risk adjustment solutions in healthcare. Specifically Reveleer supports health insurance plans and Managed Care Organizations nationwide leveraging software and other technology tools to accelerate their Risk Adjustment and Quality programs. Our mission is to efficiently work with healthcare providers to retrieve critical record data and deliver reliable and auditable results optimizing revenue and quality of care.

Reveleer seeks Lead Data Analyst will spearhead proactively monitor data anomalies by leveraging data to proactively identify and address product and service issues. This role is crucial in mitigating customer impact and improving overall product quality by using data trends to spot and prevent problems before they escalate.

Essential Functions

Data Monitoring and Anomaly Detection: Responsible for establishing and maintaining dashboards that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product usage error rates and system performance. Using statistical analysis to detect unusual patterns or anomalies in the data that could signal a problem. For example your team will track dollar values in projects monitor SLA adherence and identify issues like high deletion rates in data extracts.

Root Cause Analysis: When an anomaly is detected you will guide the team in conducting an initial investigation to identify the potential root cause. Youll then be responsible for preparing a preliminary report for the relevant engineering or product teams.

Trend Analysis: You will lead regular reviews of data trends to identify long-term patterns that indicate a need for product improvements ensuring the cross functional organization is focused on proactive not just reactive solutions.

Reporting and Communication: You will create and present regular reports to communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization. Youll need to translate complex data insights into clear actionable recommendations for product engineering and services teams.

Competencies

1. Analytical Prowess: A strong background in data analytics statistical analysis and data visualization. You should be adept at working with large datasets to find meaningful patterns and anomalies.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration: The skill to work effectively with other departments such as services product development and engineering to ensure a issues are identified and root causes corrected.

3. Technical and Data Acumen: A solid grasp of the technical aspects of the companys products and a strong understanding of data management principles. Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL) business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and data analytics platforms.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

5. Problem-Solving: A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving with a strong ability to investigate issues and drive them to resolution..

Required Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Exceptional communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the healthcare technology or health plans industry is highly preferred.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
