We are looking for an Inside Sales Team Lead (Individual Contributor Team Lead) who will own revenue targets while actively selling and leading from the front. This is a hands-on role where you will manage your own pipeline close deals and simultaneously coach and guide the inside sales team to consistently achieve business goals.
Who Were Looking For
36 years of experience in B2B SaaS inside sales with a strong individual sales track record.
Prior experience mentoring or informally leading team members is a plus.
Proven ability to independently close deals and exceed targets.
Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced startup environment.
Industry-agnostic with preference for SaaS cloud IT/ITeS or enterprise sales experience.
Comfortable engaging with founders CXOs and business decision-makers.
Self-driven execution-focused and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
