Qualifications Required:
NVQ Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)
Experience in Years Required:
Minimum 5 years experience in residential childcare
Minimum 2 years management/supervisory experience

We are seeking an experienced ambitious and dedicated Senior Registered Manager who can truly create a nurturing stable and therapeutic home environment.
You will lead inspire and develop your team ensuring children receive outstanding care safety and positive role models every day.
You should bring:
5 years residential childcare experience
2 years supervisory or management experience
Strong leadership skills
Evidence of delivering Good/Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
A commitment to therapeutic and child-centred practice
A large and growing organisation with multiple homes
Each home has a designated psychologist
