Job Summary

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our CA Firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment induction productivity discipline time office OT issue travel expenses and HRMS management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and conduct effective induction programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee productivity and maintain discipline within the workplace.
  • Address time office and OT issues to ensure accurate attendance tracking and fair compensation for overtime work.
  • Oversee travel expense management by establishing policies reviewing claims and analyzing expenditure.
  • Identify and address gaps in the HRMS system to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a CA Firm.
  • Knowledge of labor laws HR best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
