Description

Overview: The Senior Process Engineer will work within the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) to execute corporate strategies and drive transformational change throughout the organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading strategic high-impact improvement initiatives with focus and urgency. The role collaborates with all levels within the company (executive management to front-line associates) to methodically solve complex problems with innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership in the deployment and implementation of problem-solving methodologies to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.

Consultation: Independently consult with executives and other leaders on the strategy and tactics of enterprise scale transformational initiatives. Consult on business processes complex problems solutions that may involve technology and/or business process changes and enterprise scale implementations to drive results.

Training and Mentoring: Train mentor and coach continuous improvement and change management methodology principles tools and techniques empowering lesser experienced associates to lead improvement projects effectively.

Process Improvement: Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in identifying prioritizing and implementing process improvement opportunities. Ensure alignment with organizational goals timelines and objectives.

Data Analysis: Utilize statistical analysis tools and techniques to analyze process data identify root causes of defects or inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions to address them.

Change Management: Champion a culture of continuous improvement and change management within the organization.

Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance track progress on improvement initiatives and drive accountability for results.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments and levels of the organization to gain buy-in for improvement initiatives communicate progress and celebrate successes.

Best Practices Sharing: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends and share the knowledge and insights to drive continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in process improvement change management and/or enterprise transformation.
  • Deep expertise in process mapping value stream mapping statistical analysis and root cause analysis.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence and overcome challenges.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for driving change and making a positive impact on organizational performance.
  • Certified Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Preferred - Lean / Six Sigma Master Black Belt
  • Preferred Healthcare experience improving the patient flow within the hospital setting.
