As an Automation Engineer you will play a key role in designing and delivering automation solutions for Evacs projects and products. Reporting to the Automation and Electrical Engineering Manager in Espoo Finland youll work in a global environment collaborating with diverse teams to develop innovative solutions that support our sustainability vision.
What Youll Do
Design automation systems for assigned delivery projects
Provide high-quality automation for product development
Offer technical support to projects product development and stakeholders
Collaborate with project teams to meet requirements and deadlines
Develop Evacs automation design standards and processes
Travel for factory/site acceptance tests and troubleshooting
What Were Looking For
. or . in Automation Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automation Engineer delivering process equipment
Strong PLC programming skills (Siemens S7 TIA Portal WinCC Omron; others a plus)
Familiarity with PDM systems (Jira Windchill)
Knowledge of marine industry engineering requirements
Experience with EPLAN and AutoCAD (others a plus)
Understanding of process automation and components (motors pumps valves instruments blowers conveyors)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
Full proficiency in English
Proactive organized and a team player with a can-do attitude
