Job Summary
A growing e-commerce company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Success Associate to support customers and internal operations in an in-office environment. The role includes handling inquiries by phone and email guiding purchasing decisions overseeing order processing with an overseas team tracking deliveries resolving issues maintaining customer records and assisting with product listings and data entry.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing customer communication via phone and email
Providing product information and supporting purchasing decisions
Overseeing order processing and delivery tracking
Resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction
Updating records listings and data entry tasks
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly proactive detail-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills required; e-commerce experience a plus
Comfortable working in a small collaborative office environment
Salary: $22$25 /hour
