- Greet and assist visitors clients and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence efficiently.
- Manage front office operations including reception guest coordination and scheduling.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area always.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle visitor logs appointments and security protocols.
- Manage courier services stationary inventory and office supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document management.
- Support HR and admin teams as needed with onboarding and documentation processes.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel)
