DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Maintaining overall safety management of all project sites.
- Implement Calderys EHS Policy Calderys Global Installation EHS System Safety Protocols Rules and Procedures in collaboration with GM - CHS EHS Manager and Site Managers at all Project Sites.
- Ensure effective compliance management of Customers EHS standards (especially CSMS)
- in collaboration with GM - CHS EHS Manager and Site Managers at each site.
- Preparation of site specific HIRA JSA JHA etc documents in collaboration with site manager / site engineer.
- Preparation and implementation of site specific EHS Plan standard operating procedure (SOP)
- in collaboration with the respective site manager / site engineer for each allocated site.
- Regular visit to respective Project Sites for ensuring the effective implementation of Calderys Global Installation EHS System.
- Maintain relevant safety data (including statutory documents) for all Project Sites.
- Effective management of SOFI and audits (S7 VFL) at respective Project Sites.
- Assist GM - Installation and EHS Manager in formulating the safety committeepreparation of agenda action plan and preparing the minutes of meeting.
- Develop & deliver structured EHS training to all workers / employees / stakeholders.
- Inspection & audit Management conducts safety inspections and internal or external audits at distinguished sites. Also coordinate and manage the external and corporate audits.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Diploma /B.E or B Tech / B Sc.
- A 1- year regular Diploma or PG Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS / PGDIS) from a recognized University is a must.
Preferred:
- Relevant experience in Industrial Projects and Construction Sites.
- Exposure to Steel Manufacturing Plants will be preferred.
