The Opportunity
Seeking a detail-oriented analytical and proactive finance professional with a strong ownership mindset excited about working in a fast-growing AgriTech startup to transform small farmers lives in India. This role will work closely with the Finance Manager & Senior Leadership to strengthen financial processes ensure accurate and timely reporting maintain compliance and support budgeting analysis and
other key financial initiatives that drive Kheytis growth and impact.
Location: Hyderabad Work from office
Department: Finance
Budget : 10 to 12 Lakhs per Annum
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities
Compile analyze and present accurate monthly MIS reports for management.
Perform financial planning & Analysis variance analysis against budgets and actuals and provide actionable insights.
Assist in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements & its compliance and Audits
Manage and maintain books of accounts of overseas entities in QuickBooks/Zoho Books
Provide Month-end reporting variance analysis and Monthly business review decks
Identify opportunities for automation of financial and operational reports.
Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement new tools.
Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support business decisions
Support the FP&A through end-to-end finance transformation Automation of reporting across the organization

Must-Haves
- Semi Qualified CA/MBA with 4-5 years of relevant FP&A experience.
- Experience in managing the team.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and advanced Excel.
- Proven experience in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights to senior management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and MIS preparation.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior exposure to IFRS & compliance.
- Ability to automate reports and improve financial reporting processes.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong hands-on experience in Quickbooks ZOHO books
- Prior experience of working in growing startups
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
