Qualifications Required:
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Childrens and Young People Workforce
Experience in Years Required:
Minimum 2 years residential childcare experience
Employment Type: Permanent
You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
You only hold a Level 3 Health & Social Care this is not deemed equivalent.
You have only HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience.
You require sponsorship no sponsorship available.
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.

We are seeking a caring resilient and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them build confidence life skills and emotional resilience.
You will:
Build positive trusting relationships with young people
Safeguard and support them at all times
Provide structure routine and emotional guidance
Lead shifts supervise staff manage rotas and ensure placement plans are followed
Support education and deliver life skills opportunities
Be a positive role model and guide for residential workers
You must:
Be 22 (Ofsted requirement)
Hold your NVQ Level 3 CYPW
Have 2 years experience in residential childcare
Hold a valid manual driving licence
A large and expanding organisation with multiple childrens homes
Strong leadership structure with clear management progression
