Examples of Intern tasks/projects:
- You will work closely with the Customer Experience Director to analyze feedback develop solutions and create engaging content that fosters a positive experience for our customers.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback through surveys and interviews.
- Help identify areas for improvement in the customer journey and contribute to developing actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g. Marketing Sales Product) to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Support the creation and maintenance of customer experience resources including guides FAQs and training materials.
- Participate in customer experience projects from planning through execution and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Assist in organizing customer engagement initiatives events or webinars.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
- Local to Chattanooga or Chicago area; must be able to work 4 days in the office.
Preferred Majors:
Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
Schedule:
- 10 Weeks; starting June 12026
- Full-time M-F 8:30am 5pm CT
