Job Summary: Ally Waste is looking for a proactive energetic ultra-organized Office Coordinator to help keep our fast-paced HQ running smoothly and our teams supported nationwide. Youll handle everything from daily office needs and team lunches to gift logistics and supply coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing office groceries snacks and kitchen cleanliness
  • Overseeing lunch orders and Tuesday catering setup/break down
  • Coordinating supplies for field teams and new hires
  • Organizing welcome kits gifts and in-office birthday celebrations
  • Supporting training events and team travel logistics
  • Handling FedEx shipments Amazon orders and printing needs
  • Purchasing and tracking gift cards and event supplies

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • A self-starter attitude with high attention to detail
  • Experience in office management or admin coordination
  • Friendly helpful and ready to roll up your sleeves

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1-2 years of office/administrative experience (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits:
