Job Summary: Ally Waste is looking for a proactive energetic ultra-organized Office Coordinator to help keep our fast-paced HQ running smoothly and our teams supported nationwide. Youll handle everything from daily office needs and team lunches to gift logistics and supply coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Managing office groceries snacks and kitchen cleanliness
- Overseeing lunch orders and Tuesday catering setup/break down
- Coordinating supplies for field teams and new hires
- Organizing welcome kits gifts and in-office birthday celebrations
- Supporting training events and team travel logistics
- Handling FedEx shipments Amazon orders and printing needs
- Purchasing and tracking gift cards and event supplies
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A self-starter attitude with high attention to detail
- Experience in office management or admin coordination
- Friendly helpful and ready to roll up your sleeves
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- At least 1-2 years of office/administrative experience (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
